The following nominees were made for CRCA officer positions; elections will be conducted at the January general meeting.

City Council Updates

Josh Cohen, Chief of Staff for Councilman Jones provided update on City Council vote to amend 10-year Tax Abatement regulation

Zoning Updates

CRCA president Celeste Hardester provided updates on recent variance reviews at the ZBA, including

• 270 Dupont St – put on 30-day review
• 4549 Silverwood – applicant has appealed ZBA denial
• 283 Gay St. – applicant has requested ZBA reconsideration
• 433 Green Lane – hearing is on Dec. 18, 9:30AM; members encouraged to attend the hearing
